I ordered the mower in February for the spring mowing season. The mower was promised several times but failed to arrive. We finally discovered that you were waiting for batteries to arrive before it was shipped. We finally got it in late May. More honesty would have been welcome about when we were likely to receive the delivery ( we stayed in one time to receive deliveryu but we discovered later that it hadn't even been shipped

Poor after sales

They said I had ordered the wrong blade for my lawn mower and would not then send me the correct one. Had to pay the return postage for the alleged wrong order

I hate the mower, it is useless and a complete waste of money. I have tried it twice but I don't suppose I will every use it again.

Ordered mower which came in stock 4th may, money taken from my account. I was informed it would be dispatched on the 4th May. I had to contact the company on 2 separate occasions to ask when I would receive the mower. The company never kept me up to date. Both times they gave a delivery date which came and went without any communication on the delivery date. Received notification 21st may that I would have delivery on the 22nd May.

I have emailed mowers online and asked to be sent of copy of invoice / proof of payment. Not received
