The fabric I ordered is of excellent quality - in fact, better than I anticipated! - and although I had to wait a while for it (as, contrary to the url, the company is based in Germany) it was worth the wait. I was also kept informed of the progress of my order. This is not the first time I have used My Fabrics, and it won’t be the last.

I ordered several items in an order totaling nearly £50. One item was not as advertised. I had purchased Muslin but calico cotton arrived. I contacted customer service with photos of the fabric received and the label and was dismissed as having received the 'correct' item. It is only after I challenged customer service that a refund was issued. Very disappointed that the wrong item would be sent in the first place and further inconvenienced and disrespected in this way after waiting a substantial amount of time for my order to arrive. Very poor customer service. For this reason I will take my custom elsewhere where I am treated as a valued customer.
