For us this is a local source of really interesting wines that you will not find on the shelves of your supermarket. We like to support smaller vineyards and a local supplier.

My dealings have always been courteous and business-like.
The let-down is the choice of courier, who arrived much earlier than expected and got me out of bed. When asked why he was early, as he was expected between 10am and 2pm, he replied that he was told 7am to 11am. The courier is part of the customer experience.

We apologise for the early delivery. A system error resulted in both timeslots being added to the delivery note in different sections. This error has now been investigated and resolved, and we thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Very accommodating, and was very personable. I was able to collect the box myself, and all in all I was very impressed.
Good value, great choice of wines and a speedy, reliable service.
First time use has proved to be a revelation.
The most surprising thing to me is the way that wine was packed, very seriously protected with tailor made inserts to protect bottles.
