Answer my email would do for a start! I have tried to phone Resmed several times couldn't get an answer. So, I sent an email requesting someone call me email me regarding the problems I'm having with the Air Mini I purchased 2 weeks ago. As yesterday I haven't had the curtesy of a response. It seems that Resmed is obviously working on the "Mushroom System"... i.e. "Keep them in the dark and feed them blushing!" I am very surprised and extremely disappointed as my previous purchases have been trouble free.

Price of mask compared to others

The return policy isn’t fair. Will not order via ResMed UK again. It is unsafe or secure to return. I’d recommend ordering from a thirds party such as Amazon or Intus Healthcare.

We have in place a 14-day returns policy so should you order the wrong item or wrong size in error, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund as long as you have not opened the packaging and / or used the item. As the products we sell are medical equipment, for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any items which have been removed from original packaging and / or used. If you're replacing an existing mask, the model and size are usually printed on the mask itself, so we recommend checking this before placing your order. If you're ordering a new mask for the first time, we suggest using the printable sizing templates available on the product pages to help you choose the right fit. Headgear velcro lifespan 3 months

Why does the velcro only last on head hear for 3 to 4 months before it looses it's ability to grip. It's an expensive item for something that last such a short time. Either lower the price or provide a 12month guarantee on these.

no refunds, no way to find your perfect fit - disgraceful hiding behind "medical device exemption" even though they could easily refurbish a mask that has been worn once. Not to mention environment impact - shameful! Will definitely never buy from them ever again.

Some interaction to advise what is wrong ...why my scores are bad ...keeps saying mask fit is not good ...I don't understand why & I honestly don't know who to ask ....what to do about the situation.
