Unfit mask and NO return

Bought a unfit mask, and haven't used it. but when i tried to return it. i was told NO. and all my money is waste in the BIN. totally disappointed.

We have in place a 14-day returns policy so should you order the wrong item or wrong size in error, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund as long as you have not opened the packaging and / or used the item. As the products we sell are medical equipment, for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any items which have been removed from original packaging and / or used. If you're replacing an existing mask, the model and size are usually printed on the mask itself, so we recommend checking this before placing your order. If you're ordering a new mask for the first time, we suggest using the printable sizing templates available on the product pages to help you choose the right fit. If you have any difficulty identifying your device or mask, or locating a sizing template, please contact us at patient-uk@resmed.com or call us on 0800 9177071—ideally while you're next to the item so we can assist you more effectively. Faulty product. Doesn't last!

I have bought this product multiple times and it breaks within a few months. My complaints have been continually ignored!

F20 Cushion very disappointing

The AirTouch™ F20 Cushion is very disappointing. I expected it to be easier to keep air-tight than the normal F20 mask without cushion. Instead, it is harder to keep air-tight
