I am now on my third face cover. No.1 just covered. My mouth and 2.holes for my nose. No.2 just my nose. No. 3 I bought myself, covers my nose and mouth. They all have the same problem. When I move my head the mask does not move. I am woken many times in the night.

AirMini stopped working after 19 days!!!

Received delivery of AirMini Bundle on 30/07/25. Started using immediately - very excited with my purchase especially because I needed the item for travel on 12/08/25. Everything was fine until early hours of Tuesday 19/08/25 when I awoke to find the machine had switched off. I tried different sockets in my hotel room but the AirMini would not turn on - no light on power button. I sent an email to ResMed on 19/08/25. To date I have received no reply. This device is essential for my health and I have not had the use of it for the last three nights. I’ve paid nearly £800 for the AirMini bundle and it is unacceptable that the device has not lasted even one month. I am very upset also that ResMed have not yet replied to my email. I am very distressed as I bought this equipment in good faith. I am anxious for this matter to be resolved to my satisfaction as soon as possible.
