Resmed AirMini - A Costly Mistake

I 'treated' myself to an AirMini 10/12/25, and it was one of the worst and costliest decisions I've made. I'm not a light sleeper but the noise from this thing makes it impossible to sleep. Resmed aren't interested though. I now have a machine that cost £566 for 6 hours of torture and won't be used again. Resmed won't refund as the machine has been used. They don't seem to get that I want to return the item as it isn't giving me 'The gift of good sleep' that they advertise. Instead I've been offered 10% off my next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Think very carefully before buying one of these machines.

We understand how frustrating that must feel, especially given the investment involved. We have in place a 14-day returns policy so should you order the wrong item or wrong size in error, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund as long as you have not opened the packaging and / or used the item. As the products we sell are medical equipment, for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any items which have been removed from original packaging and / or used.
