Excellent choice of refurbished Dell laptops. We've successfully ordered several. Customer support quickly resolved any problems. Packaging and shipping could have been better on the last order as the box was open when it arrived and there were some minor chips on the laptop lid due to a loose mains plug in the box.

Fast response to a query I had. The Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny (a very small PC!) was packed in a huge box. It was in a 'bubble wrap' envelope that had been rattling around the large box... Nevertheless it survived the journey and works fine and was 'as described'.

Everything went well with my first order from Stone Refurb. They have an excellent range of laptops from which to choose. Mine arrived promptly and looked pristine. The one question that I had was dealt with quickly and I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was disappointed that MS Office was out of stock, but not a deal breaker. Good spec laptop for the money and bought on personal recommendation and reputation. I bought a Grade A machine but on receipt, the screen was broken and strobing. I contacted Stone Refurb immediately and found the customer service to be excellent. I provided a photo and video clips of the damage, a replacement and collection of the damaged machine was arranged for the following day. Things don't always go perfectly and how those issues are handled is the true measure of quality. Well done and thanks.

Having seached around for a good refurb I found this HP Probook. It ticks all of my boxes after the upgrades I had applied. I would whole-heartedly recommend Stone Refurb to anyone looking for a top grade computer at a super cheap price. Why hadn't I found them earlier?

Really nice laptop, looks new. Would be better for a slightly different design box for the packaging, as I buy the units, work on them, then send to clients using the original packaging - except the issue is the cardboard packaging is held together with really strong glue and is difficult to reuse when sending onwards.

Very easy to order, easy to purchase the right extras to go with the laptop, very fast safe delivery very very good packaging and items all easy to set up and as described. Great prices, great service!

I liked the friendliness and he looked for the best recon laptop for my use and then the discount I got for being an Oap. I chose a free delivery instead of paying extra. The laptop took a week to arrive but it works great.

I'd put off upgrading from W10. Now, I have a much more powerful refurbished PC with W11 preinstalled. A smart move on my part, and a great service.from Stone. I went for an all-in-one for some extra tidiness. All good for me at home.

Great quality and item delivered very quickly. Perfectly matches the description, if anything I'd say it's better! This is the second laptop we have purchased from Stone, very satisfied with both and would not hesitate to buy again.

Would be nice to have a note of where to put the hdmi cable. I had to report to using copilot to figure out it had to go into the graphics card. A hdmi cable thrown in would have been a nice addition but not essential as I had one anyway but many people wouldn't have a spare. Other than that, a good solid build.

Chose my laptop, ordered it and it was delivered promptly, in good condition and easily set up. Working well ,no problems. All at a reasonable price . What's not to like ? Would definitely recommend.

Both times I have bought a machine from you I have checked the specification before buying to ensure that they could meet my needs. In each case they turned out to be OEM versions of the motherboard concerned with had some slots (memory in one case, NVME in the other) missing their physical sockets. In both cases I have managed an adequate workaround.

The machine was amazing value and almost pristine. The delivery was fast and the whole process of selection and purchasing felt very honest and easy. Will definitely use this service again!

Fantastic company that offers good quality hardware at reasonable prices. We utilise them when we require onsite laptops or other hardware quickly, where refurbished is our preference. The kit always comes ready to go and we have not had any of it fail on us. We have had great experiences with their hardware support as and when required, and will continue to purchase equipment from them in the future.

Received very quickly service was great my refurb grade c was so good I cannot find anything on works great looks grade a so very glad I used Stone Refurb first time but will certainly use again in the future thank you.

I found Stone Refurb from recommendations on lots of forums and checked the reviews so was happy to buy from them based on this. I've not bought from them before but have bought refurbished laptops elsewhere so knew it was about buying from a trusted seller. I bought a refurbished HP laptop - was really pleased to get an even better price using my Blue Light discount and the option to upgrade the size of the SSD. It was dispatched and delivered promptly, and well packaged. So far no issues but I have only had it a week. It certainly operates much better than my old laptop (but that had a much lower specs). For around £250 I've got a great laptop so no complaints! And I feel confident from the process and communication that if anything were to go wrong, they would be happy to help.

Great experience. I ordered a dell latitutde laptop for a great price. Condition was as stated. Arrived after a couple of days in the most perfectly custom made packaging I've ever had. The care in the packaging kind of uplifted my feeling about my used laptop, which was in a very good condition anyway. All good and working. DHL delivered prompt and left it on my doorstep which I liked. However some may not like this as you've got to be vigilant . Im very happy with this purchase.
