I ordered a Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q - Intel Core i5-10400T- 16GB RAM - 500GB SSD , described as Grade A from Stone Refurb. This was early April this year. My order arrived safely within a few days and arrived extremely well packed. It was exactly as described and to my eye in perfect condition. It was easy to set up straight out of the box, using my existing Dell monitor, my old Maxdata Keyboard and Mouse. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you

I was very pleased with the laptop. I think it was classed as Grade B, but apart from a very small indentation that was hard to spot. it looked like new. The display was spotless and everything just worked perfectly. No scratches either. I think that the value for money was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use Stone Refurb again and happy to give them a full recommendation.

I can’t see how you can possibly improve. The equipment is exactly as requested and described. Delivery was very quick and the price was competitive. I am very happy with the machine performance that I expect will serve me well for quite a few years. I may be back again to look at purchasing a replacement laptop for my wife over the coming months. Excellent from start to finish every time. Super customer services who are knowledgeable about anything you ask them. If you are unsure they put your mind at ease that your choice is the correct one, often advising the specification you need without buying something you do not need. Speed of delivery is excellent and all goods packaged well. Wish I'd found them sooner.

Outstanding service was provided having made an initial purchase that sadly had a keyboard issue, this was swiftly returned with no fuss and I purchased a replacement that is simply excellent. Excellent choice of refurbished Dell laptops. We've successfully ordered several. Customer support quickly resolved any problems. Packaging and shipping could have been better on the last order as the box was open when it arrived and there were some minor chips on the laptop lid due to a loose mains plug in the box.

Efficient and helpful. Pleasant to deal with. The only thing I would fault is that the new (refub) machine is emitting a fragrance, which I assume is from some kind of cleaning product. As I'm chemically sensitive, it's an issue for me, but I am assuming it will wear itself out eventually. I just wish it was quicker. All good otherwise though, thank you.

I ordered (what i thought) was a cheap replacement as my PC crashed and needed one quick that "would do for now". When it arrived it works faster and better than my previous PC (Prior to it crashing lol). Very pleased with the purchase.

Fast response to a query I had. The Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny (a very small PC!) was packed in a huge box. It was in a 'bubble wrap' envelope that had been rattling around the large box... Nevertheless it survived the journey and works fine and was 'as described'.

Everything went well with my first order from Stone Refurb. They have an excellent range of laptops from which to choose. Mine arrived promptly and looked pristine. The one question that I had was dealt with quickly and I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was disappointed that MS Office was out of stock, but not a deal breaker. Good spec laptop for the money and bought on personal recommendation and reputation. I bought a Grade A machine but on receipt, the screen was broken and strobing. I contacted Stone Refurb immediately and found the customer service to be excellent. I provided a photo and video clips of the damage, a replacement and collection of the damaged machine was arranged for the following day. Things don't always go perfectly and how those issues are handled is the true measure of quality. Well done and thanks.

Having seached around for a good refurb I found this HP Probook. It ticks all of my boxes after the upgrades I had applied. I would whole-heartedly recommend Stone Refurb to anyone looking for a top grade computer at a super cheap price. Why hadn't I found them earlier?

The laptop I purchased was in good condition and functions as it should. The cable from the wall plug to the laptop had clearly not been checked, the three pin plug would not fit in the socket. I didn't send it back as I had no other way of charging it.
