A very good, reliable, professional service. A long list of various auto electrical items were ordered and they all came quickly (2 working days with Royal Mail), well packed with great attention to detail. Just amazing, every part was clearly identified, helping greatly in seeing what is what, with detailed printed labels on component bags, even bespoke lengths of cable and tubing, neatly coiled, of various sizes all came tagged with labels! Again the despatch note is clearly set out and with mini photos of each item. I could not want more. Many thanks.
They are fine for vehicle electrics and marine cable, terminals, etc, etc, and for customer service but a selection of better quality marine lighting would be appreciated. I recently purchased two chrome finished LED downlighters which had poor quality chrome plating and were of inferior general quality compared with earlier purchases at similar pricing from marine chandlers.

Rapid resolution of delivery issue not their fault
I called because small package hadn't arrived. I called and told with apology that looked as if lost somewhere in Royal Mail. I was told that they would send replacement by priority mailing and true to their word it arrived the next day. Fair enough.

12volt planet always the best
12volt planet have always provided 1st service for the last 3 years since iv used them. I started my van conversion and have always used them for everything from wire to Victron equipment. They are not only competitively priced but they give you the best service on the phone. If you call with a question they listen and advice. They don’t make you feel rushed one bit and therefore I always order from them as I want to support a business who gives great customer service. Thanks guys. I will use you in the future and will recommend.

I purchased the 12v led strip lights to replace old lighting in my campervan. Really pleased with the new lights which are much brighter than the old ones and draw less power. Thank you for the excellent wiring video, which I could not have managed without. Fast delivery, excellent instructions and very smart new lights.

i liked the speed at which my order arrived the order was placed at 16.50 hrs they close at 17.00hrs next morning i got an e mail confirming order and giving a 2 day to 3 day delivery meaning delivery monday it arrived saturday morning fantastic service will be using again i would fully recomend 12 volt planet

First rate customer service, fair to deal with, and excellent postage/return system.
Still not sure why the 800w inverter wouldn't start a 200w fridge, but the 1200w version does, so, apart from the lack of understanding and inconvenience, glad I could deal with this company on trying something else.
