As your order was placed on 29th December whilst we were closed over Christmas, this was processed once we came back from the Christmas break on Friday 2nd January and delivered on Monday 5th January.
We did have messages on our home page, our delivery and returns pages and the checkout page on our website stating that we were closed over the Christmas period and all orders will be processed when we return on the 5th January (but we ended up coming in on the 2nd to clear the backlog of orders). The expected delivery date of the 6th January for your order would have also been made clear when you were checking out on the website, on the confirmation email of your order and your VAT invoice.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay and I hope that you would consider shopping with us in the future.
