I discover Nuud about 18 months ago, it was far better than five other natural deodorants I had tried. Lasted for days, no smell, clothes stayed fresh for longer.
I thought I had found my forever deodorant.
They recently changed the formula, and these things no longer hold true for me. I believe they are still tweaking the formula. I was offered a discount on my next purchase, and they did refund me.
So 5/5 for customer service. 6/5 for the old formula. It’s just a shame that the new one doesn’t work for me.
I think the company ethos is great, I would recommend trying the product, and if I could buy the old product I instantly would.
The post does take a while to arrive so something to consider when ordering.

Orders don't shop from within the UK. So expect long delays and inaccurate or vague tracking updates. You'll have to content customer support multiple time to find out where your deodorant is on it's long journey.
The first time they despatched it it took over a month until they agreed it was lost in transit. They then sent a second that took 2 weeks to arrive. With no discount for the trouble. (6 weeks between buying a deodorant and actually getting it)
It was a tedious and poor online shopping experience. Especially considering it's a just a deodorant.
I was excited to try it. Great product let down by awful shipping, tracking, logistics and customer service.
Next time I'll just go to boots and buy an alternative natural deodorant.

The new stick is not an improvement. It doesn't work as well. I preferred the attachment to the original cream, the original cream is stronger and the attachment that made it a roll on was reusable and washable. Not impressed with the changes.

In general, cream substances absorb more easily so it follows that the nuud cream is slightly more effective than the stick. But then some people really dislike applying nuud with fingers and that’s where our stick comes in.

It just didn’t work for me, I could smell myself a few hours after applying and I found the application messy too. I know people who love it so I was keen to try but it’s just not for me

Hi! For most people, nuud is instantly effective for days. Others need a few more tries. And some people need a little more time. But everyone experiences nuud works better when they use it longer. The reason: microbes 🦠 Nuud is totally different than any other natural deodorant: it neutralizes these microbes/bacteria. But some skins need adjusting to that more than others. Switched to nuud around a year ago and will never go back! I recommend it to all my friends and family. All natural, completely neutralizes smell, and as a result I sweat less because I'm not worried about my level of freshness through the day. I use every 2-3 days, a pea size amount straight out of the shower. So easy to travel with, and a reasonable price for how long it lasts, especially if you buy the multipacks. Brilliant product :)

Nuud - simply fabulous!
Nuud - what can I say... It was recommended to me and at first I didn't believe it would work. But OMG it has changed everything, it is brilliant and so much better for the environment.
And personally, so much better for my household as I hate spraying as we have cats, not good for them at all.
Would definitely recommend 100%, fantastic product!

The product works brilliantly and lasts a really long time. The applicator breaks easily under the pressure required to get the cream out and the tube is not recyclable in the UK as we don’t have compostable options. Our whole family have been using it for years and love the product but wish it was truly plastic free and refillable.

Nuud has changed my life! It really works, no faff or chemicals.
I introduced my teenager son to the Nuud deo and soap bar and these were fantastic for him too. He was becoming self-conscious and nothing else worked.
My only frustration is that new formula is a bit too runny and not as efficient as previously.

Love nuud! Been using it for years snd its brilliant. Keeps me fresh and doesn’t stain my clothes. I generally apply every 2-3 days.
Everything is compostable (if they can do it so can others!), cute packageing and delivery is always prompt.

This is a great product. I have no problems with allergies etc. as I had with all other products. It’s unique and most importantly works a treat. I find one application lasts about 6 days (less in the Summer) so is in reality very economical.
