I discover Nuud about 18 months ago, it was far better than five other natural deodorants I had tried. Lasted for days, no smell, clothes stayed fresh for longer. I thought I had found my forever deodorant. They recently changed the formula, and these things no longer hold true for me. I believe they are still tweaking the formula. I was offered a discount on my next purchase, and they did refund me. So 5/5 for customer service. 6/5 for the old formula. It’s just a shame that the new one doesn’t work for me. I think the company ethos is great, I would recommend trying the product, and if I could buy the old product I instantly would. The post does take a while to arrive so something to consider when ordering.

Orders don't shop from within the UK. So expect long delays and inaccurate or vague tracking updates. You'll have to content customer support multiple time to find out where your deodorant is on it's long journey. The first time they despatched it it took over a month until they agreed it was lost in transit. They then sent a second that took 2 weeks to arrive. With no discount for the trouble. (6 weeks between buying a deodorant and actually getting it) It was a tedious and poor online shopping experience. Especially considering it's a just a deodorant. I was excited to try it. Great product let down by awful shipping, tracking, logistics and customer service. Next time I'll just go to boots and buy an alternative natural deodorant.
