Delivery could do with some attention. You told us it would arrive Wed-Fri and someone over 18 would need to sign for it.
We then got a status update to say it would be delivered Tuesday morning, so my wife rearranged her day, only for it to be left on the doorstep without signature. We learned it had been delivered when we received a blurry photograph that could have been anything; it certainly bore no resemblance to a parcel or doorstep.

Ordering was simple and goods arrived. Everything as it should be. Would have been a 5 star review, but there was no warning of when the parcel would be delivered and parcel force were awful in terms of arranging a redelivery. Would urge them to change delivery company.
