The card saying who it was from was missing!! The recipient has only just (today!!) found out it was from me.

Dear Mike, We're very sorry to hear that the gift message wasn't seen, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been — especially when sending a thoughtful present. Just to clarify, the message is included inside the black tasting notes booklet that accompanies the wine. We’ve checked our records, and there were no leftover cards in our packing area, so it should have been enclosed with the order. That said, we’re truly sorry it caused confusion for the recipient and delayed them knowing it was from you.
