Excellent service overall for my next-day order. However I was slightly concerned the evening before the wine was due to arrive that I still had not received an email from the courier, as the order confirmation said I would. Thankfully I received a text message late that night from the courier

I can honestly say my son was delighted with his 21 year old Port for his 21st birthday. It was his favourite gift of the day. It arrived quickly. It was beautifully and safely wrapped. My son was especially impressed with the little cards that came with it that were full of information and tips. He is planning to do the same for his Dads 60th in a couple of years.
