Vintage Wine and Port absolutely excellent

absolutely excellent to deal with, a wide range of top quality wines and ports for all occasions and none. Great pricing and safe, secure delivery, definitely not a company for special occasions only and I look forward to using Vintage Wines and Port agin.

A great little shop

We are great fans of Vintage Wine and Port but can I suggest you add a tick box on the order form asking if it’s a gift. Then you can send the order in a non-branded box so the giftee doesn’t realise what it is when it gets delivered.

Delivered very safely

It would’ve been 5 stars if there had been better comms. As a brand new customer only getting an order confirmation immediately and then nothing at all until a Royal Mail notification on the morning of delivery (7 working days after the order) makes you wonder if it’s legit or not. A dispatch email needs to be sent

Helpful staff

Didn't know what Port to get for my dad but lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and gave me a great recommendation, thus my problem was very quickly solved. I can't attest to the product or the delivery speed but I'll assume everything is great

Bottle came in great condition, with a nice card. Communication was clear and delivery was quicker than I expected. Being I was ordering the bottle to the United States, I wasn’t sure what business to trust. Glad I made the right choice!

Didn’t include the gift card so recipient wasn’t aware of who sent the present. May have been an oversight but recipient still waiting for apology and gift card when this feedback was requested. Hopefully will be resolved soon. thanks for the update. THey haven't received anything yet but wil let you know once they have now received 10th Sept. thanks
