Helpful website. It would have been good to be able to choose a specific delivery day but I was told this is not possible. Check-out took a long time and, to begin with, it was not clear why. Eventually found out my address was unacceptable as the town/city begins with St. and the full stop was not allowed!!

I had to try 8 times before I finally got the order sorted. There was no indication why it would not process. Did 8th time exactly the same and went through. Wasted nearly 40 mins just to put through a 5 minute order!!

Frustrating online order experience
The whole online purchase experience has been like pulling teeth. I had 2 numbers I called to try to get their website to accept my order. The operators were unhelpful and told me to either use another browser or try again in 2 hours. They didn't seem to care that I was trying to spend over £500 with them when they are in a highly competitive market and nobody would help. I finally managed to place the order after 40 minutes. I wont be using them again!

The site is easy to use and the laptops are good value when buying in the sale. I had a trusty acer laptop years ago and had to replace it due to old age.
