Very good customer service, fast delivery, good prices for luxury products. I have yet to try my bottle so I cannot comment on quality but the website and buying experience warrants 5 stars

Customer service is great and you’ll get a response immediately. My package was shipped in 2 separate boxes and the first box that had 2 bottles in it was not packed very well. My complain is about the extremely long shipping time. Premium does ship for free but prices are higher than Devine cellar. Devine cellar charges for shipping and the price comes to the same as Premium Grands with difference being that I got my package within 5 days and not almost 4 weeks. All in all though their customer service is pleasant to deal with and I will buy from them again.

Webbshop stock update improvement needed…

You need to update your webbshop intergaces to keep bettwr control of your stock. During webbshop activity the stock changed, hence the shopping cart was billed with the wrong summary. I lost >75€ in the transaction.
