The bra that was meant to be very comfortable didn’t deliver when I tried it on. The second bra I bought was sent in the wrong size. UK returns weren’t possible without contacting customer service and when I asked for a postage cost free as it was their fault due to the wrong size being sent, it took lots of to-ing and fro-ing to get it approved. When I finally got them to sort out a return which was meant to get a full refund because of the wrong size being sent, they still deducted the postage.
