Make your website better optimized for small-screen laptops. As it stands, in my opinion, the website is a real pain to navigate with pop-ups appearing every time I make a small movement.
There is always a perfect card for whatever the occasion. I usually buy a few together e.g. forthcoming birthdays plus ones for special people at Christmas, which means free postage. The package has always arrived in time for me to post on to the first person. Superb service, great range, and the website is easy to navigate. Keep doing what you are doing 😎!

100th Birthday baloon in a box
My mum who is 100 loves the pop up cards so have bought for the past 4 years and in the last 2 years got the baloon in a box.
5* as always.
only issue was royal mail who said tracked delivery was wednesday but it didnt turn up until late afternoon on thursday which was her birthday.

I love the cards you get a great choice to choose from. When ever l send a card to someone they always ask where I got it. I don't think you can do any better you are already doing it.
First time I'd heard of Love Kate's. I was looking for a special 100th birthday card, which can't find on the high street!
I accidentally bought a Male version of a pop up card, without realising it until it arrived. But I contacted their helpline and they very kindly said if I posted it back they would give me a refund!
I reordered a Female version of the card, and was able to get a 15% discount on it.

I find the choice of cards excellent and the fact that you can rely on them being delivered very quickly. The cards are different to the run of the mill cards too.
