Service "above and beyond"
The cards I bought are absolutely gorgeous! My daughter-in-law was delighted with her pop-up heart Mother's Day card and chocolates and the Easter cards were exactly what I was hoping for.
They arrived expertly packaged, in perfect condition, in very good time.
But what meant a great deal to me was the care I received when I needed help with attaching the message; I appreciated this consideration immensely.

Has become my first port of call for cards now, the range of both designs and prices are both excellent, orders are carefully packed and delivered with care. The gift section is also worth browsing with very generous offers on. It’d be nice if there was a symbol to indicate which cards are plastic free as well as some more inclusive cards in braille for example.
I love this site easy to order. Great selection of cards and gifts l haven't had a problem yet finding the right card when I need one. Always comes well packed and on time. You don't need to do anything better you are already doing it.
Great prices quick delivery only advice I'd say is a little more padding on the bottom of the boxes for delicate item only due to how parcels get thrown around in transit but other than that perfect service and quality will and have used again

I spent a great deal of time online looking for a Christmas card for my wife. My criteria was for a large card, with an attractive front and meaningful words inside. When I got to LOVE KATES, I found exactly what I wanted. So, thank you Kate. I always buy your birthdday cards recently about 5 they are so lovely but last one wasnt cheap but i dont remember paying the shipping fee before and was suprised how much it was?

Two possible improvements
Specifying the date of birthday/event so that you can process things to arrive in time.
I would then like to be able to do a multiple order rather than all the separate transaction I do at the moment.
These are really lovely snoozies,I bought them as a fun pair for my grandson as he’s practicing for the Iron Man & has to cycle 100+ miles as part of it .
The slippers are a beautiful colour bright red with the inside a lovely complimentary blue & a good fit .Very reasonably priced& excellent quality .Good communication regards tracking etc from seller ,highly recommend .

I bought three “special” cards for Christmas, and I’m so happy with them all. They are interactive and so beautiful; I went for a “theatre” cards, my favourite has to be the nutcracker - we have a friend all the way in NY state who gathers all her cards and has all her friends and family vote for their favourites. We are quite confident we will win this year!
Beautiful cards, especially the message in a bottle with cats- it becomes more of an ornament than just a card. It is so well made.

Delivery was very quick, great choice of cards, I selected the personalised option, which was really good, when I saw the card, the personalisation had been written nicely, by hand in pen, which was lovely.

Beautiful Writing Set
An absolutely beautiful writing set that is being sent to Germany to our daughter in law's gran who loves to write actual letters. She is going to love it. The kissing hares are what sold it to me they are absolutely gorgeous. What a beautiful gift this will make. I am delighted. Beautifully wrapped too and very quick delivery. Highly recommend.

The service was prompt. I am a first time buyer and your selection of cards choices are good, for being a little bit different from the norm. Suggest a wider range of choices, ie other family members, neighbours, in-laws, partner's, same sex couples. There are so many variations you could offer, apart from Christmas and Birthdays.
