And after a follow up query with customer services about an issue, Sarah was quick to reply and went above and beyond in understanding and rectifying it. Couldn’t recommend enough and now just excited to use my board!

Have the goods that you are selling online actually in stock. Don't take the payment, then email a day or two later to offer vouchers or refunds because you don't have the item you were selling. All too often, online sellers advertise goods at prices that beat their competitors but don't actually have those goods. Its a rotten practice and wastes customers time effort and money.

Very good service
Ordered one evening, despatched next morning, delivered (to Aberdeenshire) next day so all very efficient and a 5 star service.
On this occasion I would have been happy with a free/slower delivery service as £3 delivery for a £5 order isn't great - but £3 is less than it would cost me to drive to a shop and park so I shouldn't complain!

First class boot fit
The professionalism, knowledge and service we received in buying new boots was first class. Dom spent time finding the right solutions for us, and having now spent a week skiing in the boots, the quality of fit speaks for itself - best week in a ski boot we’ve ever had! Performance and comfort were excellent.

Very prompt service but wrong size delivered initially. My returned product was dealt with really quickly and I got the correct size by return. The return postage was put back in my account very quickly. All in all I was very pleased with the service.

Excellent service. I called the store to check which bindings they would recommend for the skis I wanted to order and then I completed the order on line. The bindings were fitted to the skis and delivered within 5 days. Super easy and hassle free.
