The customer service was brilliant, my board came so quickly! (Especially compared to gear I’ve ordered from other sites). And after a follow up query with customer services about an issue, Sarah was quick to reply and went above and beyond in understanding and rectifying it. Couldn’t recommend enough and now just excited to use my board!

Have the goods that you are selling online actually in stock. Don't take the payment, then email a day or two later to offer vouchers or refunds because you don't have the item you were selling. All too often, online sellers advertise goods at prices that beat their competitors but don't actually have those goods. Its a rotten practice and wastes customers time effort and money.

Excellent Boot fitting service.
Both myself and my son received excellent boot fitting service at Snowtrax. The bootlab area has been refurbished and extended so there's more room to get fitted and look at new boots now on display.
Staff knowledge is really good, you know they are keen skiers and have a passion for the sport.

Brilliant service from Nick at Snowtrax
I ordered discounted ski bindings which sustained slight cosmetic damage in transit. Nick responded quickly and arranged a no quibbles return at lightning speed. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received and would not hesitate to buy from Snowtrax again.
