I would have given 5 stars but completing the application form online was a bit of a nightmare. I was inputting the same information on different forms and it didn’t help when the site appeared to crash. When I phoned the company there was a recorded message to say the phone system was down.As I’d previously had a policy with the company I thought getting a new one would have been easier.

5 * Simple and quick to arrange GAP insurance
5 * for simple and quick quote and arrangement of GAP insurance. Competitive rate. Of course the proof is in the pudding IE if a claim is paid promptly and that's something I'm not keen to find out.

The policy looks very good which is why I bought it. Given that I’ve not had the opportunity to claim (and hope I never will), I’d just reserve my full stars at this point.
