I can only comment on the process of setting up the policy, which was simple and fuss free. The true value of a policy is the effectiveness of the company if and when you need to claim. I hope I don't need to, but insurance obviously serves that function if I do. The general reviews seem to be good from previous customers who have claimed and the website worked well when I used it. Fingers crossed that Car2Cover is as five star as it looks.

I would have given 5 stars but completing the application form online was a bit of a nightmare. I was inputting the same information on different forms and it didn’t help when the site appeared to crash. When I phoned the company there was a recorded message to say the phone system was down.As I’d previously had a policy with the company I thought getting a new one would have been easier.

Competitive quotes (versus main dealer) and quick to get a quote. Not the easiest process to add more than one policy at a time to take advantage of the discount. Had to go through the process three times before I figured it out. Shame you don’t accept American Express as a payment option.

I only gave 4* trying to accept a quotation and make payment kept me going round in circles to a point I almost gave up !!
The policy was produced quickly and covers my needs but not a good buying experience
