Although the lights were not totally what we expected we have decided to keep them and try them out in the summer in our gazebo. After informing the supplier they gave us excellent customer service and even offered to refund us. Would certainly deal with them again

The tiffany table lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. However the colours of the lamp were very different to the ones in th e online picture. This lamp was bought specifically to match our existing tiffany ceiling lampshade and colours in the Liiberty material on our settees. The colours are not an a slight variation but totally different. Therefore the picture online is very deceptive .

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you are unhappy. The Tiffany fittings are handcrafted by mixing colours whilst molten. Using this technique means that each panel of glass is unique. We state on this product "Images are for representation only and actual product may vary from that shown." If you do not want the lamp please let us know and we will arrange a collection for you.

Ordered item on 12/06/21 and still not received by 04/09/21. Customer service gave 2 x updates up until end July which were greatly appreciated. However, they then ignored my email stating I’d moved address and if there was any update on my order, considering I’d spent £150 and been waiting patiently for 12 weeks I’m very unhappy with this service.

Unfortunately, the brand you ordered from has been experiencing a serious technical fault which has impacted upon our deliveries, We have refunded you in full and can't apologise enough for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Overall I am happy with the service and the product supplied. However, I was shocked and very disappointed to find in the instructions received with the light that it is, effectively, a throw away item when the bulb fails. This wasn’t obvious on the website.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. We're glad to hear that you're happy with our service but disappointed that you are dissatisfied with the product. Integrated LED products are more energy-efficient but we do appreciate that the inability to replace the light source in some products does prove inconvenient and sometimes costly. We do guarantee this item for 2 years and are always more than happy to assist with any queries or concerns you may have.
