Fantastic service, thank you. I ordered an item on New Years Day and first thing on Tuesday morning I had an email from Fionnuala to say that there had been a glitch on the website and the product I had ordered wasn’t in stock. I was offered a more expensive alternative at no extra cost and that was going to work for me. This morning my item arrived by Royal Mail next day delivery. What can you say except great customer service and how good is that and oh yes, a great looking product. Thanks.

I was awaiting thrbexpected delivery estimates tomrbof arrival as stated in the confirmation email. No time or day of delivery was sent, and it was just dumped in my front garden, there was no attempt at even knocking on the door or ringing the door bell have a clear sign on the door for deliveries, two bells, one live video and my phone number, and there was a person in the house, luckily who saw him dump n run, so could bring it in, as it was raining, the 12 bulbs were just left on top, box not even closed. The item itself I'd beautiful, but thr delivery meant it could have easily been stolen from my door step, as I was away that week, but luckily I had my mum popping in that day. Product great, delivery service awful.
