I originally gave Aldorr a glowing review after buying their beach trolley — it worked well at first. Unfortunately, I lost the battery and have been trying to contact them for help to purchase a new battery. I have emailed three times, phoned twice, and left messages requesting a call back. I’ve had no reply to any of these attempts.
What’s frustrating is that they continue to email me asking for another review, but don’t respond when I need support. The product may be fine, but based on my experience, after-sales service is severely lacking.
