I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ... I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system. All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full. Thank and Praise.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Disappointed

I didn't receive any confirmation when my samples were received and had to have up my results by phone. Also, I feel like I am intolerant to milk but it didn't show up on my results.

Hi Roy, thank you for your review. I am very sorry you are not completely satisfied with the testing. Our audit trails show you received your test results 3 weeks ago. Improvements in symptoms can take as long as 6 weeks to show, especially with skin issues as it takes time for the skin to heal following the removal of the triggering food or environmental item. You have not yet contacted our team to discuss your test results or symptoms, but this could be very beneficial and help you understand your test results more and receive advice on how to proceed with your elimination diet. I can see from our lab audit trail that your sample was received at our lab on 12th September and your test results were emailed on 13th September. On 13th September you reached out to our 24/7 website LiveChat to discuss your test results. Unfortunately, our LiveChat team is unable to discuss your test results in detail and they escalated this to our senior support team after you expressed an interest in a 30-minute consultation with our nutritional therapists. Our senior support team contacted you within 48 hours and supplied more information on purchasing a 30-minute consultation to discuss your test results, as you did not purchase this as part of your order. We have not yet received a response to our email ticket. If you still need to chat with someone regarding your results, please do reach out to our team either via a reply to our ticket sent last month, or you can email us at info@testyourintolerance.com and we will be more than happy to assist.
