My daughter had been really unwell and off school for 2 weeks, the doctors were unhelpful, as nothing was obviously causing her extreme nausea and sudden 1 stone weight loss (in 2 weeks). We have a history of intolerance in the family, and did a fast track test through test your intolerance. Results returned in 3-4 days and were really helpful. Not only did she have some very tricky intolerances to spot, and also identified some malnourishment and low levels of important vits and minerals. Within 2 days of being off everything she had trouble with, she was up and back to her very bouncy self, after the 3 1/2 weeks of being horizontal with ill health! Literally enabled me to cure my daughter, after being all but given up on by the hospital consultants and the GP. Thank you for the easy, quick and thorough service.
After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

I thought the service was a super quick turnaround from sending the sample to getting my results. The results were really detailed but easy to read and very interesting! A lot of what came back really made sense in terms of how my body reacts to certain foods and it just confirmed a lot for me.

Whilst the test results provide some interesting information I will need to spend time understanding exactly what they are saying. The labelling of the results are not that clear to me in some cases e.g. Green beans. Does this mean all types of green beans?
The main reason the low rating is that; There was no return envelope in my pack and it took several days to receive a reply to my online contact asking about the return. I was advised to send further information so it could be recorded as a non-conforming pack. I did this but at no time was an offer made to send me the missing envelope which resulted in me having to pay £1:50 to track the return. I then had to contact yourselves again as my results had not been received. They were apparently stuck in the system! At this time I said about the tracking cost too and an apology was made and a refund has been processed. It was not a good customer experience.

I am very sorry to hear you feel this way about your blood test results.
I am pleased to confirm our blood testing is completed using the medically recognised ELISA method of testing for IgE allergies.
Repeatability for this method of testing and our blood IgE testing is >99% and samples sent at the same time for the same person would produce the same test results provided as long as the samples were taken at the same time and no dietary or medication changes had been made between the taking of the two samples.

Process and results
The process was so easy to follow and recieved results in under a week. A lot of information and answers given in detail but easy to read and understand. Starting to make changes based on results and hoping it prevents constant symptoms I have been having.
