I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ...
I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system.
All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Bought an allergy test for myself and the results came back so fast. I bought another for my sister who also wanted to do the testing and it has really helped her with her eczema flare ups now she knows the trigger food!!

I can see you have been in contact with me via email and a free replacement kit and priority testing was offered but turned down.

I am so sorry to hear your test results took so long.
I have completed an investogation into this and I can see we received your sample 13th June and the results emailed 15th June.
These were then resent 7th July and 11th July following contact with yourself.
Our web and IT teams were alerted and looked into any issues regarding outgoing emails to ensure this does not happen again.
