I received the wrong item, I ordered a lilac case and received a much more expensive camera while being charged for the case. I did of course what anyone would do and emailed you to let you know. I didn’t want anyone getting in trouble for sending the wrong item or you have one misssing at your warehouse. However I received a reply with no real thank you for letting us know, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but instead a rather blunt, we will send someone out to pick it up, once we have it back we will send you the original item. Terrible customer service, I replied asking if you could do an exchange pick one item up while dropping the other off as I’ve paid for my item and it was your mistake after all. Didn’t even get a reply. The camera was picked up yesterday and I still have no idea if and when I will recieve the original case. Thought this was dealt with and is being dealt with terribly. I will say this has been the worst example of customer service I have had in a while. The original delivery took a while to come and I still have no idea when my case will arrive. Really disappointed.

Print quality is good, but....

Print quality is ok to good. The size ranges aren't all that great (no A sizes), and the packaging quality is REALLY REALLY REALLY poor. I'll continue to use FUJIFILM - but only until I find a reasonable printer that can package prints correctly. Every order I've received has been a little bent up.
