Product looks great but not got it yet to review!

Great experience ordering. Smooth and easy

I might make it easier to read all reviews in a pop up window or something when purchasing, or scrolling down simply to see 20 or so should be enough to help people reach a decision. Otherwise very easy to use website. Haven't received the product yet but I have heard great things from friends who have the seat already and who swear by it. Looking forward to getting it! It was such a relief to find an easy user-friendly solution for transporting a 6-year-old by bike, that wasn't going to cost us £600+!

After trying to install the urban Ike seat to my MTB, i soon discovered my stem wasn't correct for the mounting that came with it. After looking on the help video it was soon apparent I needed a MTB adaptor. This was easy to find and viewing the install video showed me where I went wrong.

I was looking for a child seat for toddlers as I recently received a bike, but it was very hard to find one for a bigger child - especially in the UK. After going on Google I came across Urban Iki and read all the reviews and decided to give it a go. It has arrived and safe to say it was a great choice! I am very happy that there are foot rests too. Dankjewel :)

I purchased the urban iki front mounted seat so that i can take my little one out on the bike as its such a big part of my life and it was. Ice to find a lightweight compact seat that he could use and it not be a hindrance. I do wish that it woild of been supplied with both mounts. The computer act and the mtb adapter.

Attractive, informative and responsive web-site. Does not perhaps make clear whether I should be buying the bike seat from Urban Iki...not clear if they are the UK...or should I go to one of the dealers listed. Worried that if it is coming from abroad (netherlands, Japan) I may have to ay customs duty. Many thanks

I'm still waiting for the product to arrive but it looks sleek and neat and something really nice to have on my bike. I wanted something for my toddler that didn't look like a cheap version of a bike seat so I'm quite pleased with the looks of it so I'm hoping the actual product exceeds my expectations.

I like the website and that everything is clearly explained. Would be nice to maybe somehow auto translate the Dutch reviews onto the English ones as the English ones only had 2 reviews. As I know Dutch I then switched to the Dutch one to read the rest of the reviews which had many more.

I have been considering buying this bike seat for quite a while,, I chose because although more expensive then others the reviews seem good particularly safety for the child rider and ease of use and sleek design, hope it doesn’t disappoint as it’s expensive

I contacted support first with concerns about the junior rear seat fitting. They were quick to respond and were very helpful and honest. Thanks again to Elke! Love the modular design, really looking forward to seeing what you come up with in the future.

The information and installation video when I bought from Argos were very poor. I returned it. I've now bought directly, so let's see if it's better. Front seat wasn't compatible with my bike (break cables were in the way).

I live the product but regs to the The website. The payment wasn’t straight forward I tried to pay many times and it keep jumping back to payment details each times, so now worried I will be charged several times.

Seems alright so far, website basket was a bit glitchy. Will wait to see how good the products are when they arrive. Not impressed by the expensive delivery cost for relatively small items.

Seemless ordering. Only complaint is I had to input my mobile number several times as it wanted to start it with +447 instead of 07. Would be better if it recognised it as written.

Great website. Easy to navigate and shop and lots of information. We already have a bike seat for out first child. We have come back to purchase one for our second child.

I found this site online and was pleased to see that I was able to carry a heavier child on my bike using the iki junior. I cannot wait to install this and get going

The website is well made. And the order process is pretty good. Access to the Video and manual could be a bit more straight forward when navigating the product page

The bike seat is fabulous, my grandson loves it. Unfortunately my e-bike was stolen a couple of days ago hence buying another one.
