The best ladder I've ever had. I always had fear when using ladders. This product changed that - it is solid, sturdy, does not creak, and does not squeak. It truly is a premium product.

Ladder ok. Service at the highest level. The delivering courier company is a disaster, complete lack of professionalism, contact with customer service is poor, with couriers even worse.

Product ok, although the material it is made of could be thicker, because when stepping on higher ladder rungs, the ladder bends slightly regardless of the declared maximum value of the product - I weigh about 80 kg. The rest is fine.
Fast delivery.

A store sales system error occurred and…
An error occurred in the online store sales system, not the right ladder model, not the right price, but clarified after a phone conversation. Great approach to the customer, polite, courteous, order canceled, courier canceled. New order under special supervision - in a positive sense. I wish for myself and readers that the seller always reacts this way.

Aluminum Step Ladder
The step ladder with 7 steps made of aluminum is really great and has a super light weight, but the shipping packaging was really bad. The bubble wrap arrived already damaged and exposed the ladder in some places.

Broken arrival but replaced without discussion and quickly
The products are good, but not always the transport. On a 3-section ladder with 14 rungs, the carrier managed to dent the last rung on all 3 sections. Drabest reacted very quickly by replacing the product with a new one and taking back the old one.

Hello, my problem was that I made a mistake regarding the size. I wanted to return the ladder, I called customer service, and the lady dismissed me, saying I had to find a courier myself. I only wanted to exchange the ladder for a smaller one. I started looking on my own but found no one. The next day, I called customer service again, explained the situation, and there was a different lady. It was a completely different conversation, and she organized a courier for me from the company. I paid without any problem. It seems someone doesn't want to work or solve customers' problems.

The ladder was well packaged externally, but you might want to use an edge protector made of cardboard or plastic at the end of the ladder to prevent the aluminum from bending where the foot is attached.

Handy, lightweight, and functional ladder.
The delivered ladder meets all my expectations. I only have comments on the insufficient protection of the ladder during courier transport. A single bubble wrap is not enough. Some plastic edge protections of the steps were badly deformed during transport, and one step edge required straightening with pliers. Unfortunately, all of this became visible only after unpacking the ladder from the bubble wrap.

Delivery and contact with the company very nice, however, the product does not fully meet my expectations and I will exchange it with you for another, but for that I will visit your company in person.

The ladder has wide steps so you stand comfortably and safely on it. It also has solid feet to avoid damaging the floor. I am satisfied with the purchase. Recommended.

I am disappointed with the ladder. Carelessly made and assembled plastic covers on the side edges of the rungs spoil the evaluation. Some covers are poorly fitted and damaged. I fear that during ladder use, they may become even more damaged and eventually fall off, which could result in injury from the sharp side edges of the rungs. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the Drabest ladder is not the best. I have a 25-year-old Krauze ladder, which is worn after such a long time, but the plastic covers are perfectly fitted and none are damaged.

The material is correct, a bit light for professional use, poor description, the total height of the ladder is 3.80m instead of the indicated 4.09m, and stop working with DPD

Service culture and understanding of needs - at a high level.
The initial delivery method - courier, was swiftly changed to self-pickup. Service culture and understanding of the issue - at a high level. The product itself - no objections.

Overall, I'm satisfied, but the previous ladder from 2004 was of better quality because it had an entirely metal platform instead of plastic locks, making it more stable. This one wobbles a bit.
