The carpet is also very beautiful, unfortunately, I had to return it because the format I ordered doesn't fit. As soon as the refund is processed, I will order the same one but in a different format. The order went smoothly, from the first moment to the delivery everything went without a hitch. The goods are great, but in our case, the color looked much lighter in person. Therefore, it went back... and here too, everything went very well and the refund was completed within a few days. The shop can really be recommended

Ordered rug, 1 was missing. Shipper Packs said they had delivered it, which was not true. Communicated with Tapeso for a whole week, and they sent a 2nd rug, which thankfully we received. Tapeso will further investigate where the missing rug went. I did recommend to Tapeso to use a different shipper because Packs is terrible, just look at the reviews on trustpilot, there's a really good one from me too, but Tapeso really sorted it out well and gets a solid 10💪

Super service, good customer service. They had full understanding of my health issues. The complaint was handled and picked up without any problems. The ordered carpet was not a highlight. And therefore even more praise for the help and the staff, who are great. Maybe folding the carpets is not such a good solution.

Ordered 2 rugs and returned them. Not because there was anything wrong with them, they were nice rugs, but one was too dark and the other too light. It wasn't the photos either, but in the end, I wanted something different for my living room. Delivery went as agreed and returning them was also very easy. Didn't keep the rugs, but that wasn't Tapedo's fault. Hence 5 stars

I ordered here for the first time and everything went fine and without problems. The carpet is very nice and as described. How it will prove itself will only show after years. Size fits, quality at a great price and the delivery was hassle-free. We can only recommend this company/shop and would, at this time, always buy from there again.

I found it very nice that I could order and return carpets. This way I could see the color and material in real life. This is really a must if there is no showroom. Otherwise, I would have a carpet of the wrong color and material now.\nAt first, I felt uncomfortable ordering multiple carpets. But Tapeso itself found it no problem. So said and done.

Ordered 2 carpets. Unfortunately, I had to send them back. The quality of the carpets was good. Delivery was quick. A bit thinly woven. But that's just my personal opinion. For a little more money, there are also more densely woven carpets. I got my money back within a few days. Phone service was also very good. No long waiting time as usual.

The color looks much more vibrant unpacked than packed. I had been searching for the right carpet color for a long time and now it doesn't quite fit. Regarding the delivery, I should actually give 3 points. But I don't want to be unfair to the company. Please don't choose a shipping partner in the future who scores worse than bad in reviews in Austria (1.1 out of 5 points) and only mediocre in Germany (3.2 out of 5 points). As a reputable company, you should pay attention to your partners. Otherwise, they may negatively affect you over time.

Better communication regarding the delivery. Being kept at home on the 25th all day from 9 AM to 10 PM and then receiving a message at 10:15 PM that the delivery was not successful. The next day a courier arrives and tries to convince us that it would be delivered that day because it's supposedly the 25th. A bit strange when our calendar clearly shows it's the 26th. Perhaps there's nothing you can do directly, but a message to the delivery service would be appreciated.

I got some carpets with fear of the comments at the time of delivery, wondering if they would be late, if they would arrive incomplete and then nobody would be responsible.... I have to say that on the first day only one carpet arrived and I already panicked, but the next day the rest arrived and it was all fine. No problem

Great service and fast processing – but disastrous quality and ignorant support I waver between one or two stars, ultimately giving two, because at least the commercial processing was exemplary. Positive: The order, the quick shipping, and even the returns process (including return label) were absolutely uncomplicated. The money was back in my account within a week after sending it back. A big kudos for that. Negative (Product): The rug for around €135 was qualitatively an absolute disappointment. For such goods, you wouldn’t pay €20 in a store. The pattern was completely mismatched, it looked patched together, and right through two-thirds of the rug ran a noticeable, additionally crooked seam. Negative (Customer Service): There was no response at all to my written complaint with photos and request for a goodwill solution. Instead, a week later, I received an email asking to rate the customer service. To my response that this service is miserable if you are ignored, the exact same request to rate came a second time. It's a shame that there is absolutely no attention paid to the customer here and problems are simply ignored. The smooth return process just barely saves the second star.

Everything went great. Top dress, like in the photo, totally happy. But....... now I'm doubting the color. I'll keep it anyway, maybe it will go to the bedroom. For the living room, black would be the nicest. But I can't find something similar in black and the same size with you. Maybe you have a solution. Otherwise, I'm super satisfied.

Have ordered from Tapeso several times, always great. The rug is what I was looking for, nice and soft. This time didn't go well, but it wasn't Tapeso's fault; the delivery driver had car trouble and couldn't do anything about it. I received a notification that I wasn't home, even though I was. The driver couldn't enter anything else, that should be looked into. It can always happen. Maybe make an extra notification about it.

After Tapeso had sent the rug neatly, we received a message from the delivery person that the rug had been delivered while we were at home, so we did not receive a rug. Reported this to Tapeso and after contact, we were kindly helped and a new rug was sent, compliments to Tapeso. Kind regards, P. Robberegt
