We are very satisfied with the carpet, however, we wanted to order an oval 240x340 of the same fabric/material online. We were on a waitlist, when it would arrive, we were informed by a colleague, Mieke, over the phone, that the order would arrive around Christmas. So okay? We then decided to order a round one of 200 cm because otherwise it would take too long. So ordered, arrived. Now we see that the oval is back in stock. I find this SLOPPY. We signed up for the waitlist/stocklist for the oval and to DATE have received no notice that it is back in stock.

The dress was shipped very quickly, but unfortunately with Packs. I spent all Friday and Saturday waiting for my package. No update on when it would be delivered. Very annoying. This was not Tapeso's fault. My dress was perfectly packaged and looks beautiful. Very soft and the color is exactly as I'd hoped.

Beautiful carpet and super fast delivery! As for the delivery by Packs, we were not happy. We were just at home, but no one bothered to ring the bell and the carpet was just placed outside the door. It stayed there for over an hour. It is an expensive carpet, they should never have done that!

Very impressed with the service provided by Tapeso A wide range of rugs at good prices. Lots of different designs and sizes available. The rug we ordered was as described and arrived promptly in a few days. We are really happy with the quality and design of our chosen rug. We unrolled it and let it settle overnight. Flattened and fluffed up nicely.

It took a bit longer for my desired viscose rug to be back in stock. However, as soon as it was available, I was informed immediately. Very very beautiful carpets. Great material and a pleasant appearance and texture.\n\nUnfortunately, our round carpet was not clean upon delivery. Many white lint and especially a hard white substance (presumably paint) that is stuck in some areas of the carpet fibers and cannot be removed without damaging the carpet.\n\nI would prefer not to return the carpet. Is there any possibility of a compromise or compensation?\n\nBest regards\nFabio

For the price, it's a good rug. I was just disappointed that the color is much lighter gray than what you see in the photo. And it comes with a strong synthetic factory smell. What helped was sprinkling some baking soda over it for at least a night and airing it out well by opening the windows for a day after rolling it out. That made the smell go away quickly! Now that I've accepted the color and smell, we can make the best of it. Sometimes that happens when you choose a lower price. Delivery was fast and pleasant.

I phoned to say we had purchased the wrong shaped rug. I was then given a date that they would pick the rug up. The refund was given almost straight away. I purchased the shape we wanted and we love it, the quality is great and it looks exactly as the website showed it. Would recommend this company to anyone 1st class.

We have a very fine carpet. Later, I wanted to order another one, but it turned out it was out of stock. I was able to leave my email address to be notified when it was available again. As a thank you for waiting, I received a discount code. By the time I could order the carpet again, the discount code had expired. A bit disappointing. But I bought it anyway.

The service of Tapeso was really friendly and helpful. The quality of the carpet I also really like. The only thing that didn’t work well was the delivery and the track and trace link because it didn’t. Not everything was delivered the same day. Some of the items took 2 weeks to arrive and since the track and trace link didn’t work I was afraid that the items were lost. \nThis for sure is a point that needs to be improved.

Easy to order. The colour is as I hoped. Tapeso had the size rug I needed. 200cm x 100cm. The quality is ok. It's still settling down. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the transport company didn't update the tracking information so when it was delivered their tracking information said it was still in Germany & we were out so they threw it over the fence & it wedged between the gate & a step & we had trouble getting in. Not related to the product but it is related to the overall service.

the carpet was very well packed. Unfortunately, the carpet was halved/folded. Luckily, the crease line is not visible here. There were some problems with GLS. The delivery date did not work for my daughter. The offered redirection to a post office was selected and from then on we didn't know where the carpet was for almost a week, as no notification was received. Then, fortunately, it was delivered to the neighbors.

This is now the third rug I have from Tapes. Due to moving, I had to. Keep changing it, but qualitatively there was nothing wrong with all the rugs, so I'm going back to Tapes again. The service is also very good, only the last time the delivery was entirely worthless. It was placed in the hall of the complex without any notification. Very unfortunate, that's not so positive for the name Tapes.

I bought a beautiful outdoor rug from you. It was just a shame that it was no longer in the color I wanted. But I am happy with this as well. What I find less satisfactory is the fact that when something is not in stock, you can leave your email address to be notified when it becomes available again. I have done this twice in the past few months, but received no response. If something is sold out and won't be back, don't offer this option. Furthermore, it was delivered quickly and neatly packed. I especially find the two "bathing caps" at the ends of the carpet very funny, but certainly also handy!

Really disappointing experience. My rug was repeatedly delayed despite me rebooking delivery several times and contacting customer service numerous times to try and find out where it was. I was repeatedly told someone would look into it and get back to me, but nobody did. After I finally requested a refund (after waiting well over a week for it to be delivered), I was told they would contact the courier to have the rug returned and that my refund would be processed once this was confirmed. Interestingly, the rug was then delivered the very next day! So it seems they were finally able to locate it when they wanted it returned in order to issue the refund. I received an email saying it would be delivered but no apology or even acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Very poor communication and customer service! The rug itself is fine, but based on the customer service, I wouldn’t order from them again.

Fast delivery, great quality and a super price! I especially found the email with the instructions very kind and well designed! Very attentive, it gives you the feeling that they care about the customers. The color of the carpet was different from the picture, however, in my case, I even like it better. I'm super satisfied, keep it up! I would recommend you anytime.

I received a double delivery. I let the second delivery be returned. The delivery person for the second delivery called me because she couldn't find the address. I didn't trust it because I had already received the first order. She called from a mobile number unknown to me. A bit of a strange situation. I also received no notification or tracking for the extra delivery... the carpets I ordered and received are otherwise fine... very good quality. I'm very satisfied with them.

My carpet was shipped quickly. Initially, I had concerns because it arrived folded. But it was exactly as described, the creases and waves settled on their own in no time. The color is as expected. And the quality is very good for the rather low price. The slightly artificial smell is not very pleasant, but with adequate ventilation in the first days, it is tolerable. The fibers are almost too high for the dining area, we always have chair marks, but that was expected, it is not a flaw and does not bother us. I would definitely buy it again!
