What a bad experience I’ve had with beautifly. The order arrived not well packed. The product look good but not to satisfaction. I requested to return and the personnel responding were very unprofessional. They were very reluctant to provide a return label and were insisting that I keep the product while they would provide me with a new 3 pins plug and which the product I ordered only had 2 pins. They took a very long time to provide the return label, they were very unprofessional. They dragged the whole return process from December to February just to receive the return label. At the end they offered an apology with served made no difference for me considering the experience I’ve had dealing with Beautifly.

A month battle

Never received the product. After couple weeks of communication, mostly on my end. I had to involve small claim mediator, DPD, and others. Company has a different name when contacted DPD service, to resolve yhe matter, so nothing matches, therefore it was hard to get through to anyone. In the end of a long 1 month battle, money was refunded. There is no physical store, the warehouse is god knows where. Need to do better, or else future endeavour will be ceased.

We did everything possible to assist you throughout the process. The delays were mainly due to communication issues with the courier company (DPD), and our warehouse representative reached out to them, which is why there was a different company name involved. It was ultimately DPD's fault for losing your package. We made every effort to resolve the matter and promptly issued a refund when it couldn't be resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Please be mindful when ordering anything from there. The „14 days to return an item- no questions asked “ it’s a lie. Item must be unused. There isn’t that information stated clearly on the website. I ended up with crap devices which are dangerous for the skin, company doesn’t care.

My massager came used n did not even worked. Very disappointed. Contacted customer service but it was taking ages to get reply. After 2 months I got my refund.
