The order was placed on Sunday night, we are open Monday to Friday, therefore the order was shipped on Monday with DPD Courier and was delivered on Wednesday.
A 24 hour delay was caused by an error with DPD and was shipped to the wrong delivery depot, we will refund your shipping costs and will pass your comments on to DPD.
