I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Smashing item perfect price.

Bought for a gift and we were really pleased with the quality of the item. The only down side was the interaction with the delivery service. On your email link it was stating that it was on its way. Yet the delivery company kept stating it was with sender. I had a helpful WhatsApp chat with someone who explained what was happening at it was coming from overseas. If I had know this I would have taken this into consideration. Then the delivery company gave us a 2 hour time slot which we waited in for, for the parcel to be late. We had to be somewhere so it made us late. Not your fault I am aware however I think you should be made aware of who you are working with. Also I was tracking the driver and there were at least twice that the parcel could have been here from a prior drop off but his schedule sent him elsewhere.

Good quality, price, delivery and communication - one suggestion...

An earlier holiday snap in Portugal sized at 50 x 50 came back great, I had edited the height and width to fit. This snap from Sicily - sized at 100 x 50 - was not edited and was slightly narrower for its height, but it still came back absolutely fine, although I checked the resolution by zooming on my tablet (and checking in Details of course). I expected Mypicture to have to adjust the width slightly. It arrived well packaged. As their communication is good, one suggestion I would make is to email (say just) three versions of submitted pictures, one original as sent, one enhanced with a 'warm' filter, and one in black-and-white, so customers can choose one as a best of three. I will use Mypicture again.

Excellent quality and wonderful delivery ❤️

I downloaded some picture online and shared it with MY PICTURE and got my digital photo turned into a canvas photo in a very nice quality with the wooden frame of my choice within 3-4 weeks of time. The online portal they have is very easy and user friendly. You upload your photo that you want a frame of, choose a size of the frame, type and colour of your frame, type of the material of the photo and checkout. The delivery of my parcel came in a very good condition. Their packaging is so amazing. The photo came in a nicely wrapped and very well protected carton box. Thanks so much MY PICTURE. I’m so happy with my order I have received. I’m definitely going to stick with you guys with my future orders.

The photos are great but...............

ehe photos are great but.... after the initial confirmation and the confirmation that the order had been completed there was a long period of no communication following the order being collected, shipped and received. I appreciated the time limited offers but as this was our first purchase I was eager to see the quality before ordering anything else. Can I suggest more tracking information during shipping and managing the expectations regarding length of delivery times. Also, to note that despite confirming the package should be left to the rear of the property in a parcel box the shipper left them on the front doorstep in full view!!!!

The items themselves were excellent, great quality, vibrant colour and look lovely. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was (it seems) slow delivery from YODEL. MyPicture confirmed "order in transit" on Tuesday 5th, the items arrived on Monday 11th. I was offered an excellent discount on further purchases after my initial order but these had expired by the time I received my items. I didn't feel confident enough to place additional orders until I'd seen my initial order. I would use MyPicture again, perhaps extend the discounted offers to allow time for delivery, I'm sure more people would place additional orders.

This is the 2nd time I have used MyPicture. Both times I ordered a 100x50 Canvas to print a picture taken with my iPhone. Both times I have been extremely happy with the quality of what I have received and will definitely use them again. It does take about a week to arrive because I believe it comes from Germany, however it is worth the wait. Guess if some people hadn't voted for Brexit, it wouldn't take so long. There is no tracking until it arrives at the Yodel depot in the UK, so just be aware of that.

Amazed at the quality and workmanship

The picture was so clear. The original photo you had to work from was very small and I was amazed at what a lovely job you did. Thank you. It’s beautiful. The only fault was mine. I had taken the photo of the picture I wanted and the details from my iPad were also printed at the top and bottom of my canvas. This was completely my fault and I will have to rectify it or order again if I spoil your lovely work. I would definitely recommend you and use your service again.

Great company the Canvases I have brought have been great and have arrived well packed and perfect my only complaint would be the delivery company they use who love to leave parcels on your doorstep even though they have been given a safe place to leave it .My last canvas was left on the front door mat in the rain the box was quite wet when i got home but very relieved to see it .As i live on a corner this is a really stupid thing to do .

Second order I've placed in the last month. Bit the bullet, used a great discount and ordered two 500 x 1000 mm panoramics from our wedding lineup 15 years ago; one in full colour and one in monochrome ... I believed the photo quality was good but absolutely blown away by the results. I will be edging them with a print frame to cover a very thin white band but fully expected to do this when I loaded the images .. I'll be back

60cm x 40cm canvas

We recently went to amsterdam and mybdaughter and I decided to have our eyes photographed and merged into a photograph. The photograph cost £70 for a small copy with no frame. So I found my pictures and ordered a canvas print 60cm x 40cm. Total cost including delivery was £30 which as you can see is a quality canvas 3 times the size of a photograph of which I paid £70. I can highly recommend my pictures. 5 stars.

Very pleasantly surprised and delighted with my purchase.

Having received my order I opened my package with trepidation, I was nervous I might be disappointed with my choices. Pictures and Blanket

Fabulous canvases and blanket. The blanket was such good quality - that it was a pleasant surprise. It had a lovely touch of a label saying “with love”. The picture, on the blanket, was of our beautiful dog that had just left us after 14 years. So to see the label made the blanket even more special. Awesome products, needs a change of courier

Absolutely great products with rapid printing and dispatch- I've been really impressed. Thanks Mypicture! I'd definitely recommend the company. I'm only dropping a star due to the service from the delivery partner Yodel- very slow with tracking that wasn't working (leading to a missed birthday). Any other courier would make me more likely to use the service again... Yodel are notoriously bad.

The picture quality was excellent and had been transferred carefully to canvas. Our concerns that we would have to choose a smaller size was unjustified and we feel confident to order larger prints in future. It was a special gift for a friend and she was delighted too. Only downside was the delivery service. Wrong address, wrong safe place. Left in the pouring rain on a doorstep.

We lost our Springer Spaniel we had some wonderful photos of him, I noticed the ad for My Picture and decided to send a couple of photos to be done as canvas pictures. They were absolutely wonderful so much better than expected. The service was excellent and after 10 days we received our parcel. Thanks for your good service I would highly recommend to all.

Running out of Wall Space

I can't praise the team at My Picture enough. There were five images in the last batch, four to be printed on aluminium and one on canvas. And as ever they are all superb in terms of quality and production. I have actually lost count of the number of images I have had processed and am running out of wall space! Always well packed and value for money.

Ordered a canvas print for my mum and dad as their wee dog sadly passed away recently. It arrived yesterday so less than a week from I placed the order and it’s perfect. Mum and dad loved it, the clarity was perfect and it was better than I had expected. It’s now pride of place on their living room wall. Will definitely order from this site again.
