Posted out last order super fast, always send good quality plants, reliable and quick. I always just come back to pro shrimp because of this. Best prices and little deals to save a bit on larger orders. Only thing that could be better is more plants being in stock but I imagine that's just supply and demand. There's a few plants they dont seem to stock at all, like typical dutch aquascape plants like Nesea Golden, these would be great to get all from pro shrimp rather than scouring ebay, if they ever expand their range more :)

I purchased a filter that did not work, this was not the 1st filter of this kind I had purchased from Pro Shrimp, so I knew how to use it, however, when switched on nothing happened, tried 3 different outlets (then plugged in my phone to each to ensure the outlets were working) and tried the filter 5 times and nothing. I returned the filter at my own expense and was told it worked fine, they tried it without the filter cartridge, so who knows if the cartridge was faulty and rendered the product dead, I dont know, but it took a few emails in order to get a refund, I also purcased bio granules for this filter and returned them as they were useless without the filter but a refund was never mentioned for these or my postage cost back, despite sending proof of cost. I am out of pocket for £30 and will only get £19.99 back. Not the best experience with this company.
