Only needed 6 plastic pallets for a small project. Online help and advise was instant, accurate and useful. Put my order in at once, acknowledged at once and given a tracking number. Ordered on Monday morning, delivered safe and secure on Wednesday lunchtime. Could not ask for a better service. Secondhand plastic pallets, going to be the base of my new wooden garden shed, wood floor and building on top as an air gap to keep off the ground. Wonderful.

Problem with the order but Rotomshop did not try to inform me. I had to contact them twice while waiting for the order to arrive. I asked for a refund. Instead I received an email saying their accounts had not received a payment, while the payment was made by card online. Tried to call them but nobody answered the phone. There was an answer phone saying the mailbox was full and could not receive messages.
