Items arrived promptly, however one product was out of stock despite the website saying it was in stock. A refund was processed for this. I've gone to place another order today and the webshop has been removed rotomshop.co.uk and now being directed to a corporate page rotom.co.uk so you are missing out on another sale

We request that a Proforma invoice be sent, but we had to remind them a few times, and it takes more than one week. Furthermore, after making payment, we had to wait for several days to obtain a delivery date, and it would take weeks to be delivered. Very unreliable services, and we have moved to the Associated Pallets company.
