I made the purchase late on the Wednesday evening, paid the additional costs for next day delivery which said I would receive the plates for Friday, I received these plates on Tuesday 5 days late. I emailed on the Friday to the automated service address and was emailed saying one of the team would be in touch within 24 hours, still waiting on the feedback as requested the delivery charge returned back to me.

I paid for next day delivery and the plates didn’t arrive for two days which screwed up my arrangements. Subsequently they ignored my emails requesting a refund of the delivery charge. They do not publish a phone number on the website to allow any contact so they effectively blank any customers that they don’t wish to deal with. Lousy service. I’ve used them for years but never again.

The product they supplied did not conform to current road legal requirements. I emailed several times to ask them firstly to replace the registration plates, then because they did not respond, I asked for a refund, needless to say they didn’t respond to any messages or offer to replace or refund me. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend.

Plates were quality but customer service lacking Paid for express next day delivery at £17.50 but goods did not arrive until four days later. E-mailed plates for cars but not had the courtesy of a reply. My advice is just go for normal delivery unless you want stung paying for a premium delivery service which was not fulfilled.

Purely down to delivery. Product fab although had to re order due to a slight bend. Why would you leave outside an office on a Friday night after 5 when the roller shutter is locked.

Bought some plates with the Alfa Romeo logo. There was no attempt to make a neat alignment of the logo to the space allocated for it, leaving a "crescent moon".

Was damage to plate can see it clearly yet still sent out plates like that. You buy new plates so they look new and are in good condition..

The plates were not UK Legal. I had to purchase new plates from Halfords. I contacted PFC but did not get a response.

Issue with plate and nobody answered to my emails

Poor quality item containing defects.

I bought a plate to arrive in 10 x days,it came in 5 !!.It looks the nuts,but it didn"t come with the screws I ordered at the same time.I don"t want to use the rusty ones on vehicle at min.So my plate is decorating my dining room table at moment,I got a refund for the lacking screws.I have no clue where to obtain them from,so I"ll be viewing at the table every meal I take.I E-mailed to see if more screws could be sent via envelope,only to be told that there wasn"t a posting option & refund instead.That"s all very well but what do I do now ?,ask to refund plate too ?

Firstly the quality of the product was exactly as expected. The delivery uses DPD Ireland which does not link to the U.K. App Store even though the delivery was by our recognised DPD driver. All was great except, taking the green protective covering off. I think an FAQ or little video showing unpacking and taking the green film off. I did find a YouTube from another supplier that used a coin on the back edge of the plate, not something I would have tried without seeing the video.

Seamless, flawless, speedy and exactly as I wanted the outcome to look I would definitely use PFC again and would recommend to anyone to use them

I was looking for a number plate with carbon gel letters and numbers, combined with a logo of my own design to replace the normal national emblems. They sent me a mock of the finished article before going ahead to ensure I was happy, which I was. I chose plates for cars because I couldn't find any other company that could meet my spec. Very happy with plates and the order process.

Not the cheapest but had a few plates from these now. Plates high quality, delivered when promised and 4D plates hard wearing unlike some cheaper versions. No problems during MOTs either unlike some of the cheaper options - highly recommended.

Excellent quality, no surface imperfections/damage like some other suppliers I've used. Strong packaging. Fairly fast delivery (from Ireland). However, it was the most expensive acrylic number plate I've ever bought.
