Terrible payment method. I chose to pay by credit card. I instead received instructions to pay by bank transfer. I made the transfer of the amount invoiced which was £ sterling. eXXpozed say this wasn't the correct amount in euros. My bank didn't charge me to make the payment and they are claiming to have received 12 euro too little. This is a common problem raised on several review and forum sites. I should of been allowed to pay by card and I futhermore should of only been expected to pay the amount and currency on the invoice.

Bizarre ordering system for UK orders. Don’t try to con people with uk web extensions. You’re based in Germany and goods are in Germany, so your web prices are meaningless. I had cause to cancel an order on foot of the above and you completely ignored my cancellation then repeatedly and insistently pressed for payment on an order that was cancelled within minutes, despite communications on three separate occasions to that effect which went unheeded. To improve, you need to accommodate the sad fact of the insanity of brexit and make ordering easy for potential UK customers, along with making delivered prices absolutely clear from the outset. And you need to pay much more attention to customer contacts and respond to them!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OUTSIDE GERMANY - RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT WORK AND IS MADE INPOSSIBLE BY PROCESS SETUP BY COMPANY

When returning the package the only available Tel No. 0049 831 93 06 24 70 Option 1 gets you on to the Customer Services queue where you can for more than a hour. DHL Germany tried it once and then decided it was not valid. I requested another contact number but none was provided. No attempt was made to contact DHL to resolve the problem so they have been unable to make the final deliver to eXXpozed.

I am not sure they deserve even the 1 star I have given them. They accepted my order but never sent the goods. They have never answered any of my emails and requests for refunds. I assumed they were out of business. I would NEVER order from them again or recommend them.

No refund after item no longer available

I ordered and paid for the item (Patagonia trousers) in Aug 2023. The item was out of stock so I was told I’d be refunded. I’ve never been refunded. I’ve sent numerous emails. None of them have been answered. I’d appreciate a refund otherwise it’s just theft.

Don't touch, hopelessly incompetent

Website quotes items in GBP, asks for payment in GBP then Exxopozed asks for a different amount in EUR. Took months to get a refund, from which Exxopozed then deducted a chunk. They don't understand their own website, foreign exchange, and sadly, customer service. Steer well clear. This is a stratospheric level of incompetence.

Despite sending multiple emails you failed to reply to me regarding import taxes to the UK. The cost of this was not made clear to me on your website before making the purchase. No explanation was given as to why my parcel took weeks to arrive, and only after I had paid import taxes of over £60 for 1 pair of boots

Dear customer, I apologise for the late response. On our website, in the terms and conditions and with each product, it is stated that customs duties may be incurred for orders to Switzerland, the UK and other countries outside the EU, which are to be borne by the buyer. We are very sorry that this information has shocked you!

Avoid this company

Didn’t have the item I paid for in stock. Never bothered to let me know just left me waiting and when I requested a refund they made me take it up formally with PayPal which took ages even though there was never any dispute that they had not provided the item. Strange and very bad transaction.

Poor customer service. Do not use for international purchases.

Disorganised. Never replies to messages. Not personable at all. Poor customer service. Although I eventually got the refund I was owed which I am very grateful for, it took much longer than it should and was a complete hassle.

The product was damaged They tried to cover the issue but it is very obvious that someone returned the item because it was damaged.. I ordered it in September but opened it in December so the return was not possible

Send an order back at my costs to Germany just for it to be returned back to me. Takes forever to respond to my emails but still have the item with me, unused. Avoid at all cost.

Pretty sure this company is a scam.

Terrible customer service. I paid and never received my items and had no communication beyond automated responses from the company. When requested a refund it took four months.
