Hi John thank you for your feedback, you should not have to soak the cords, the cords are supplied to us curled up which saves cost to us and the customers. The cords will correct once weight is on the cords as they will be forced to have the right way when you have a frame on the hooks. We do suggest using 2 cords and hooks if you have difficulty hanging or getting the items straight. I hope you find success with the hanging. Hi Graham, so sorry for the delay to your order. I can see there was a delay to the dispatch of your order which we notified you about which meant there was a small delay to the dispatch of your order.
