Extremely pleased with the strap that I ordered from you. It is a genuine, high quality exact replacement for the original. My watch now looks and feels like it was the first day I bought it. Your initial communications were very good confirming order and being dispatched on the same day. You then notified me that it was with Customs soon afterwards. However, it was over a week later before I heard anything, the delivery agent in the UK confirming that they had received it. Their delivery process was communicated frequently and delivered on time. I was becoming concerned during the long gap that occurred. I feel that if I had been advised that the Customs to UK delivery agent could take 7 - 10 days my concerns would have been avoided. That being said, I would have no problem ordering from Watch.co.uk again and highly recommended them to others wanting excellent products.

Can you please help me with any information regarding my order from watch.co.uk?
I received an item (watch) returned it but it seems to get stuck somewhere between me and seller.
Return sent over a month ago with shipping/tracking number LO208212284GB
When contacted PayPal they couldn't do anything because apparently watch.co.uk can't issue refund after certain time has passed (disregarding fact that item was stuck with haulier for over a month) and at this moment in time I have neither watch nor money.
kept me informed but delivery one day later than promised

I have taken a while to get back to you as I have been very busy. I love the strap for my Hugo Boss watch and even had it professionally fitted. But on the very first wearing one of the loops broke. I had to have it repaired. The strap was expensive so I was very dissapointed.

Drop the .co.uk? It is misleading. This is a Dutch company. There is nothing wrong with that so why hide it? I had excellent customer service before I bought the item and the price was extremely good.
The drawback was delivery time. It took longer than another part via AliExpress bought at the same time. Thanks Brexit! Also it makes returns effectively pointless as shipping is not covered and is prohibitively expensive for smaller items.

Shame about Evri
Online ordering was easy and it was quickly acknowledged giving a delivery date. When the products arrived they were exactly what I ordered and I was pleased by the quality of the goods. Unfortunately, Evri failed to meet the delivery date. Had the goods arrived on time I would have given a five star review. It is shame the supplier was let down by Evri. I hope they think about switching their chosen shipper.

I had to be patient for 5 months but The Watch Co did get back in touch once the strap was in stock again. The delivery by Evri was disappointing because they missed the last delivery slot and no pre-advice or explanation. Not Watch Co's fault but they might find a more reliable courier.

Lovely watch delivered on time and was working perfectly out of the box
Although the watch was in a nice little metal container, the bubble wrap didn’t have any bubbles, not enough packing the container was rattling against the cardboard box which because of no packing was open at the bottom, other than that I’m completely satisfied with your service.

Beautiful summer watch
I hadn’t realised my watch was coming from abroad but explains why it took a while to arrive. I opted for the personalised fit but the individual who did it took out the links only from one end so making the whole look very lopsided. I will have to get it altered annoyingly.

The reason why in this case more links are removed at the bottom is because when you fold the clasp the band is equal on both sides. If this is not the case, you can always send it back to us so that we can adjust it, or you can go to a jeweler in the area. Regards, Team Watch.co.uk

Very happy with the watch. Exactly as shown on the website, good quality and affordable. The postage was a little slow (brexit fault not the seller), however the packaging was oversized and the box was in really bad shape. It didn't affect the product though fortunately.

My watch was trackable and came very well packaged, but it did take a bit longer than I had expected for it to arrive if you're purchasing a items for a gift you might want to factor in it might take more than 10 days to arrive outside the Netherlands or the e.u,
