I ordered a replacement shaped fire proof glass panel for my multi fuel stove. Unfortunately the company did not have any templates for my particular unit. I was reticent to provide my own created template in case of specs error. Glowing Embers were courteous and absolutely fine about this and, without any hesitation, refunded my payment in full.
