I liked the fact I had ordered the wrong part you could have just sent it but you noticed it was wrong you then contacted me to let me know and you changed the part for the correct one I also liked that the delivery was quick very bay with the way it went would highly recommend

My delivery was due on Friday and was told I'd get a text to confirm. No text so I emailed for an update - no update. Simple to order but let down by a lack of progress updates. It may only be 5 days since I ordered but the lack of detail is frustrating! Thank you.

Some of the components ordered were out of stock . I was contacted promptly and offered a refund . I was also given a date for delivery of the whole order which I accepted.

The communication from the company was excellent, and my glass door was delivered on time The glass did have a slight crack in the corner. I was so pleased it was delivered quickly.

Thank you for leaving us your review, I am sorry to hear your parcel arrived in this condition I can assure you that all parcels leave our warehouse in perfect condition however when the parcels are in the couriers hands we would hope and they usually do take very good care of our parcels unfortunately on some rare occasions this may not be the case with one or two drivers.
