Very helpful staff pointed me in the right direction. I had used a DL leaflet template which was not quite the right dimensions. I then used the one on their website and resized my leaflet and it was then accepted. Very quick at printing, just got stuck at customs, taking 5 days to get to me!

Placed an order and paid for it. Saxoprint have had my money for more than a week but are still sending emails claiming I haven't paid and their web site shows my order as awaiting payment even though I've contacted them and spoken to a member of staff who has tried to be helpful and emailed me to say production was underway.
