ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor
Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

Very impressed with this company, I was kept informed of the status of my order.. which arrived very promptly. I like that my invoice was emailed rather than put in the package. Another plus for me was being given a choice for my delivery provider allowing you to use the one you trust the most. My order was well packaged and arrived in a good condition. I have enjoyed everything that I ordered. The website was easy to navigate. I have used them several times now and shall Continue to do so with confidence. I can't comment on customer service, as I have had no need to call /mail as I have not had any problems so far.

CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been ordering Giant Berry Bars from Wilton Wholefoods since 2018 and their level of customer service has been consistently excellent. Dispatch of the bars is prompt and WW communicates regularly with the customer from the time of ordering to delivery. The ordering or reordering process is clear and simple and special delivery instructions can be shown on the packaging. Billing paperwork is prompt. It is a pleasure dealing with this company.

Quick delivery - and Wilton Wholefoods actually have ground rice (a miracle!)
I ordered some ground rice as it's impossible to get in a supermarket anywhere and I use it often for a low calorie pudding. I also ordered some brown basmati rice and I was kept informed via e-mail regarding my order. One item was out of stock, and if there was to be a long delay I would be informed. However, it was soon back in stock and the order was delivered promptly. If Wilton Wholefoods can supply ground rice when others can't, I know where to go in future to buy it!

As this was our first order it is to early to give a in depth review.
The various things we had ordered arrived in a very sturdy box wgich was well sealed.
We haved tried the chocolate raisins, which are best described as dark hocolate pellets with a nice raisin inside. I also tried the soft apricots as a snack food and they are excellent quality.
We will certainly order our other dried fruits from Wilton Wholefoods.

Selection brilliant. Actual website a bit sticky to use and sometimes not clear if product had actually ended up in the basket . Could have purchasing suggestions eg people who like to cook Indian select here ingredients . People who make their own muesli bought these . Exotic unusual spices for Asian food bought these . People who are gluten intolerant buy these grains

Great selection, thank you for being there.
This company was there when I really needed them during lockdown, as i couldnt find the sugar that I use, anywhere else. I like that I can buy good quality ingredients in larger quantities. Delivery is quick and they keep you updated on the progress of the order.
There is a great selection (it would be fab if they also sold golden syrup too!) Thank you.

I honestly couldn't think of anything you could do to make your company better. The products we have ordered have always been first class, they have been well packed and delivered promptly. As well as this there is a good choice of products and they are competitively priced.

Wilton Foods Ground Black Pepper
I bought a 500g jar of ground black pepper. The price was fair and even cheaper than some other online suppliers. It was packaged well and arrived within the given time frame. Ordering was easy and straightforward. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Quantity and Quality that’s affordable
I love that I can buy all the herbs and spices in bigger quantities at a very affordable price, no more will I buy the small supermarket bottles . I go through a lot of Italian herds so just check out the prices on Wilton Wholesale and you’ll never shop anywhere else .

I usually call at the stall in Salisbury market, which I have been using since sometime in the 80s, but I am unable to get up there at the moment so it was very handy to be able to buy online. There is always a very good range of stock available.

Great products and service. Always packaged with care in a sturdy box. The only improvement I could think of would be to replace the foam "bottle wrap" with brown paper or similar to further reduce the plastic footprint.
