Really poor experience. Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Parcel damaged in transit. Called to see if they would resend and was told I had to email them and then wait for the investigation to complete before a refund or goods to be re sent could be actioned. Emailed them and got a reply the following day asking if I would like a replacement and they will action it. I replied saying I would and that I assumed the delivery charges would be refunded since the order would not be delivered till at least 5 days after the initial delivery. No reply to that email but received one the following day saying a full refund has been actioned. Emailed them back explaining I did not ask for it then was told not all items are in stock which is a total LIE as still available to buy online.

My order wasn't delivered. If I'd known it would be delivered by Amazon I'd have ordered from them direct and selected pick up. Customers service are unhelpful, unapologetic and rude. I should be refunded.

I'm still waiting for my items, after website states 3 days. this has come and went long time, no response after sending an email. I would not order from this website Very disappointed i want a refund

As I didn’t receive my product ie Bay Rum scalp treatment I cannot comment, needless to say after paying for it I’m not a happy person

It’s been more then a week now and I still haven’t received my delivery. Utterly disappointed

This product arrived well on time and was suitably wrapped to avoid leakage. I was delighted to find a stockist online as this product has vanished from the shops.

My order was for Roots Shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo had leaked in transit. Only a small amount. Maybe a bit more Sellotape next time

Price and delivery was fine however Needed to change my order and got no response to message and cannot get hold of anyone with phone number given on website.

Good product, took a long time to process order and delivery but at least communication was good
